At DeoDap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase by offering a streamlined return process for eligible items. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your DeoDap account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Package the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all tags, manuals, and packaging materials to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Pickup and Inspection

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your address, after which our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify its condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the inspection is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or DeoDap wallet within 5-7 business days.
